Perth Switchboards is operated by Clarke Electrical and Data Pty Ltd (ABN 85 641 992 458). This notice explains how we handle information from this website and your enquiries.

Information you provide

When you request a quote, we collect the contact details, suburb, message and any photographs you choose to send. We use these to assess your request, contact you, prepare quotations and arrange or deliver electrical work. Photos are optional. Please send only photographs relevant to the work.

We may also receive campaign labels from the link you followed and the referring website's domain. These help us understand how enquiries reach us. These labels are recorded with the enquiry; please do not put personal information in advertising link tags.

Website and enquiry services

We use Netlify to host this website and process form submissions, and Microsoft 365 for business email. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser information to operate and protect their services. Information may be processed outside Australia.

We retain enquiry and work records for as long as needed to respond, deliver our services, maintain business records and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes.

Optional advertising cookies

If you select Accept in our advertising-cookie notice, our website loads Meta Pixel. This reports page visits, successful quote submissions and clicks on our phone links to Meta to help measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. A phone-link click does not tell us whether a call was completed.

Meta can receive information such as the page URL, IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and the actions described above. It may associate this activity with a Facebook or Instagram account and use it in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

This installation does not send the contents of your quote message or uploaded photographs to Meta, and we have not configured it to send your name, email address or phone number for advanced matching.

Your cookie choice

Meta Pixel does not load until you accept advertising cookies. Declining does not stop you viewing the website or requesting a quote. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days using local storage, where available.

You can change your choice through Cookie settings. Declining stops future Pixel events from this website and clears accessible Meta cookies set on our domain. It does not remove information already received by Meta. Browser privacy controls and advertising blockers may also affect tracking.
